Title: Good food, but staff needs basic training on online payments and math I’m a regular Domino’s customer and usually love the food. I placed an online pickup order through the Domino’s app, and one item was free as part of a loyalty offer. When I reached the store, only one staff member was present. She asked me to pay by card or cash. I told her I had already paid online and showed her my credit card transaction. She said their system showed it as pending. I politely explained that credit card transactions often show as pending initially, but that doesn’t mean payment failed. I also showed her my email receipt with the payment method and last four digits of my card. She then showed me the order check. I noticed a calculation error on their end — the coupon adjustment showed $2 + $7.49 = $9.49, but their system wasn’t recognizing it correctly so the subtotal in receipt was $14.48(incorrect). I pointed this out calmly, but she kept explaining her system’s logic instead of looking at the simple math. Since I was getting late, I finally said, “I’m not here to argue. I’ve already paid. Either give me the order or keep it — I won’t take it.” She then agreed to give me the items.

I ordered a veggie pizza and added beef and ham through the ordering system. The price increased, and I did pay for the meat toppings. The receipt also shows the added meat. However, when the pizza arrived, there was no beef or ham on it at all. If veggie pizzas are not supposed to include meat, the system should not allow customers to add and pay for meat toppings. This was confusing and disappointing.

Ordered a medium pan pizza for carry out. I never had a pan pizza before but it was very delicious, probably the best pizza I had in a long time. Free but limited street parking.

Today, 11/6/24 we ordered 15 pies for my son’s school meeting and Jessica went above and beyond! She was by herself and got everything ready on time. She was hustling…. Making pie’s, boxing pie’s, answering phones, and she did it with a smile!Thanks again Jessica!!! Domino’s Pizza is a chain, however what sets them apart from other chains is their service. I can’t say enough good things about Mark and his team at the Las Tunas location. Mark is very professional and courteous as are all of the drivers that I have encountered. Thanks again Mark for taking excellent care of your team and all your customers!

I ordered from this Dominos yesterday hoping to have a quick lunch before getting ready to work and was extremely disappointed. I placed the order at 2:44 pm and the tracker said it would take about 80-90 minutes to arrive, a bit long, but I was alright with that. Then 90 minutes came and I saw that the pizza tracker was showing that my pizza was still not in the oven so I decided to call the store to see if there was an issue or if they were busy but every time I called it would ring for a while before hanging up after a minute or so. This occurred about 5-6 times before I gave up. Around 4:30 pm I decided to order food from another place as I didn't think I would receive my pizza for whatever reason. At around 4:44 pm while waiting for my other food to be delivered I received a notification that my food was finally in the oven. By 5 pm my other food was delivered and I ate and got ready for work. The pizza was finally delivered at 5:25 pm which was TWO HOURS AND FORTY-ONE minutes LATER. The quality of the pizza and wings was terrible to add to the annoyance as the pizza was flat like cardboard and overcooked and the wings were barely covered in bbq sauce. I'm usually an understan

Went in last week to grab some pizza for my family I just want to say Shelsey is very friendly and makes you feel like a guest not just a customer. This location is very lucky to have someone like her. Pizza was very good and wait time was fast as well. Will definitely be choosing this location again!

Went for a walk and tried to order the pizza with the app but it wasn't working. Had to wait till I got to the location and order it then. I just wished I could have ordered it online so it would be ready when I got there what's the point of an online app if it doesn't work? Passed a Papa John's and I was tempted to stop by and get pizza there. Maybe next time if I have problems again with the app.

Never had a problem with them. But i pick up my pizzas. Their tracker always works
